As of the 27th of March 2013, Hoshizaki Europe BV renewed its HACCP Certification for IM and Dispenser ranges..
This leading food service organization, certifies Hoshizaki´s range of ice-making and ice dispensing equipment as capable of delivering food grade ice and suitable for use in food and beverage facilities that operate in accordance with a HACCP based Food Safety Programme.
The certificate includes the following machines in Hoshizaki´s product range:
• IM-N Range - Cube, Cylinder and Special Ice
• KM Range - Crescent Ice
• FM/CM Range - Flake and Nugget Ice
• DIM/DCM Range - Ice and/or Water Dispensers

HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point. HACCP is a risk management system used by the food and related industries for the control of food safety hazards to acceptable risk levels.
