This Hoshizaki KM Edge is a self-contained ice maker producing up to 53 kg of clear, hard crescent ice per 24 hours and comes with a built-in storage bin, suitable for all operational requirements and kitchen measurements. In comparison to the original line – the KM Edge range has an enlarged, bonded evaporator surface. Material
The double-sided evaporator in all KM machines is made of stainless steel – the best material for improved longevity, food safety and damage-less cleaning.

Usage
The unique shape is built from the inside out with an internal temperature of -4ºC and can be used for chilling drinks, fresh produce display and bottle cooling as well as cooking.

Smart Design
